Brilliant service came out within 30 minutes,fixed temporary, came back early next morning job done. And this was on a bank holiday, can’t imagine any better service.

Contacted Dave on a Saturday morning to ask if he could help solve the problem of us being unable to open our sliding patio door and he was there in less than 10 minutes, complete with PPE gloves and mask. He fully understood that we are both shielding due to health vulnerabilities but solved our problem in less than an hour. He is extremely friendly, efficient and knowledgeable - no mess, inconvenience or damage. His charge for doing the job was extremely reasonable and we are delighted with his work so very happy to recommend him to other clients. Thank you so very much for your work and kindness.

1st time we have ever used a locksmith service, an end key lodged/broken off in the porch door lock barrel!. Dave was responsive to our call and with us in less than half hour. Dave was Very knowlegable of security, recommended & replaced the whole barrel plus 3 new keys and checked out the multi- mechanism to ensure safe security meets home insurance standards. Polite and curtious as well as good humoured, Dave is a proud geordie just like my wife! translation of our problem was made easy to understand (lol).
